Ground Service Agent (Passenger Service)A premier international airline is seeking a hospitality-focused Ground Service Agent to join the team at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). This role is primarily responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional experience for passengers at the airport. They are looking for dedicated individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. While airline experience is preferred, they welcome candidates from high-end hospitality or travel industry backgrounds who are eager to build a career in aviation.
Essential Duties: Passenger Services: Perform check-in procedures, verify travel documents, and issue boarding passes. Gate Management: Assist with boarding processes, manage gate announcements, and ensure timely departures. Arrival & Connection Support: Greet arriving passengers and assist with connecting flight information and transit needs. Irregular Operations: Provide professional support and hospitality during flight delays, cancellations, or re-bookings. Airport Operations: Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations at the terminal. Business Travel: Attend professional training programs at regional hubs and provide temporary support (TDY) at other U.S. airports as required. Working Hours, Working Style
Shift: 5 days a week, 40 hours per week (Shift-based).
Standard Hours: Generally 6:00 AM 2:00 PM (Hours may shift by 1 hour depending on summer/winter schedules).Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours based on flight schedules and irregular operations.
Status: 90-day probationary period. Initial 1-year contract with potential for Full-Time permanent employment based on performance evaluation. Working Location Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) Salary/Benefit
Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE)

Qualifications
Work Authorization: Must have valid legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Experience: Experience in airline ground services, travel agencies, or the hospitality/service industry is highly preferred.
Language: Fluency in English is required. Japanese language proficiency is a strong advantage but not a requirement. Soft Skills: Exceptional hospitality mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Travel: Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for training and short-term assignments at other locations.
Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening to obtain required airport security clearance.
