About the role

UnityPoint Health is seeking a dedicated Release of Information Specialist to handle requests for medical records from patients, attorneys, insurers, and other third parties. You will receive, validate, document, and respond to information requests while ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidentiality. The role is onsite at Cedar Rapids and requires strong attention to detail and customer service skills. Previous ROI experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
