This role sits within the Business Technology team.This is a senior individual contributor role built for someone who works with a high degree of autonomy. You will own platform initiatives end-to-end, from requirements through adoption, and drive that work largely on your own. The role also carries a clear data discipline: keeping our platform data clean, deduplicated, and well governed is part of the job, not an afterthought.At Corgan, we value a highly collaborative environment to achieve shared goals. Accordingly, this is advertised as a primarily onsite position in the Dallas, TX office.ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for leading business analysis activities and hands-on delivery for enterprise systems, anchored by deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise and extending across the supported platform portfolio (HRIS, ATS, CRM, and FMS).Key responsibilities include:Project Leadership & ImplementationLead enterprise platform initiatives from intake through adoption, holding scope, timeline, and budget, and driving the work independentlyBreak ambiguous business problems into a defensible plan of work and execute against it with limited oversightManage your own delivery cadence across multiple concurrent initiativesCoordinate with cross-functional shared services partners, including HR, Accounting, Marketing, and Legal, to gather input and ensure seamless platform integrationBusiness Analysis & Requirements ManagementConduct comprehensive requirements analysis for system enhancements, configurations, and integrationsTranslate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and validation sessions that drive decisions Perform gap analysis between current state processes and desired future state functionality Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents and process flowsSystem Configuration & OptimizationServe as the team's functional authority on Microsoft Dynamics 365, leading configuration of Customer Experience (CE/CRM) modules and supporting integrationsConfigure and optimize adjacent platforms in the estate as needed, including HRIS, ATS, and FMS workflowsGuide platform roadmap decisions, release adoption, and ongoing system healthData Quality & IntegrityProfile and analyze platform data to identify duplicate, incomplete, and conflicting records, with particular attention to vendor and client master dataDesign and run data cleansing and deduplication efforts, and define the matching and survivorship rules that keep records clean over timeReview system roles and access assignments, and enforce least privilege to protect data integrity and reduce riskEstablish recurring data quality checks and reconciliation routines, and partner with stakeholders to resolve root causes rather than symptomsTesting & Quality AssuranceDevelop test plans and lead user acceptance testing (UAT), system, integration, and regression testingManage defect triage and remediation through resolutionEnsure data integrity and system performance meet business requirementsStakeholder Management & TrainingServe as the primary business liaison for assigned platformsProvide training and support to end users on system functionality and best practicesDevelop user documentation, training materials, and process guidesFacilitate change management activities to drive successful, durable adoptionContinuous ImprovementMonitor platform performance and identify opportunities for process and cost optimizationStay current with platform updates, new features, and industry best practicesRecommend system and process enhancements that increase efficiencyLead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessionsQualificationsQualified candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion on their own, and effective written and verbal communication.The candidate must have experience working with both internal and external partners. The candidate should also have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required: 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, with demonstrated depth in CE/CRM configuration and at least one full implementation led to completion.
