About the role
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide Tier 1 technical support, including basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and follow standard resolution procedures
- Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues in internal systems
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Stay current on products, services, and system updates
- Communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to internal stakeholders
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to balance empathy and efficiency
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable walking customers through basic technical solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume support environment
- High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume call center or support environment
- Exposure to technical support or troubleshooting is a plus
