Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Senior Counsel - Commercial Real Estate Lending to support its growing CRE business within the Commercial Bank. You will act as a key legal advisor on multifamily agency finance, Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae securitizations, and lender relationships, collaborating with internal teams to drive compliant, strategic transactions. Ideal candidates will have a JD, admission to a state bar, 4+ years in CRE finance practice, and strong written and oral communication
