About the role
Work From Home Global Travel Advisor Remote | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided
We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help travelers research options, compare choices, coordinate reservations, and keep important trip details organized.
As a Work From Home Global Travel Advisor, you'll support clients from the early planning stages through final confirmations while helping make the process clear, efficient, and personalized.
Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do Learn client preferences, dates, and priorities
Research destinations and available options
Compare accommodations, transportation, and activities
Assist with reservations and confirmations
Organize itinerary and scheduling details
Provide updates and follow up on pending items
Help with changes or special requests
Maintain accurate client records
What We're Looking For Strong communication and organization skills
Good attention to detail
Reliable follow-through
Comfort researching and comparing options
Ability to manage multiple client requests
Familiarity with email and online systems
Comfort working independently
Willingness to learn new tools and processes
Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, scheduling, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
