About the role
RGLA Solutions, Inc. is a premier architectural and design firm specializing in delivering innovative retail solutions. We work on diverse commercial/retail projects ranging from specialty retail shops and shop-in-shops to airport retail and sports/entertainment shop environments. We are currently looking for a motivated and self-starter individual to join our collaborative team as a Senior-level Architectural Program Associate. As a Senior Architectural Program Associate, you will work directly with the Architectural Program Manager and Architectural Program Director in supporting the national rollouts of a variety of our national specialty brand clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Performing tasks relating to project planning, monitoring and delivery of architectural services
- Collaborate with project team, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery
- Architectural Schematic Design and Drafting
- Conduct due diligence related to local Building Codes and Landlord Tenant Criteria
- Interact with clients, consultants and company management team
- Survey and job site observation
- Construction administration
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Architecture 3+ years' experience in Architecture
- High degree of proficiency in AutoCADStrong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Program management skills related to commercial architectural projects
- Understanding of construction processes, building systems, and regulatory requirements
- The ability to travel for survey and job site observation
Preferred Qualifications:
Architectural experience in Retail and/or Commercial projects is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project

Hybrid Work Environment - 3 days in-Office/2 days remote after initial training period.
