About the role
To support a growing team, the full-time Bilingual Applicant Coordinator will engage with prospective applicants in both English and Spanish across various channels, providing information about CCOF's programs and ensuring a seamless application experience while working remotely from the United States.
Key responsibilities
Provide applicant support in English and Spanish through multiple channels, including website inquiries, email, phone, and trade shows
Record and manage prospect interactions in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up
Conduct outreach events and assist with data entry, reporting, and cleanup projects in Salesforce
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales support related to organic certification, agriculture, or food production
Intermediate Spanish language skills for fluent communication and translation of complex texts
Proficiency in Salesforce and experience managing prospect records
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Professional customer service skills, demonstrating a courteous and helpful attitude
