About the Role: Join an early-stage team working on infrastructure for frontier AI training and evaluation. In this cross-functional growth role, you will build relationships across the AI ecosystem, shape recruiting and culture, and help communicate the company's vision.
What You'll Do: Tell the company's story and create clear, compelling narratives about its vision. Find and build relationships with candidates, AI researchers, engineers, and other people across technical communities. Help define company culture and values, screen candidates, and develop onboarding processes. Own end-to-end recruiting in partnership with the Chief of Staff, including improving systems, tools, and automated workflows. Collaborate on community events, represent the company at industry gatherings, and create content. Work with go-to-market teams to identify and build connections with high-priority leads.
What We're Looking For: Three to eight years of relevant experience, including early-stage startup experience. Experience owning recruiting processes and operations, including tools and workflows. A track record of engaging people in technical communities through recruiting, go-to-market, or ecosystem-building work. Ability to understand and accurately explain technical products related to frontier AI agents, reinforcement learning, and training data. Experience with company culture, values, onboarding, marketing or community content, and events. A strong network in AI research, engineering, or startup communities, and a portfolio of professional writing. Comfort working independently across evolving responsibilities and communicating with a range of people.
Compensation & Benefits: Annual salary range: $130,000 to $225,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
