TCI has an immediate need for a Home Visit OccupationalTherapist in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
NOTE: This position requires US Citizenship.
SUMMARY: The Home Visit Licensed Physical Therapist will be responsible for home therapy assessments/visits/treatments and oversight of PTA.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Occupational Therapist provides direct and indirect occupational therapy services to patients in home or alternative settings. Evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, administer therapeutic exercises, and educate patients and caregivers on daily living activities. Supervise assigned Occupational Therapy Assistants REQUIREMENTS HCHB and Home Health experience required (Home Health programing for excerises) OASIS experience. Counties covered: Mecklenburg and Union
