职位类型全职关于我们3CAT 手作饮品是一家快速成长的创新型奶茶品牌,致力于打造高品质的饮品,并提供卓越的顾客体验。我们以创意、真实和高标准的手工饮品为核心,为顾客带来最优质的享受。工作介绍门店负责人是推动门店高效运转的核心角色。你将带领团队落实总部标准,优化运营流程,提升顾客体验,并确保门店在活力与高标准中持续成长。岗位职责全面参与门店日常运营(点单、饮品、后厨、清洁等),带动团队高效协作推进培训、流程与标准的落实,确保门店高效运转主导新品测试、流程优化、团队培训等项目落地与总部营运部、培训组、稽核组、人力资源部紧密协作培养并选拔下一位店长,推动团队持续成长每周保证不少于 40 小时在门店现场工作发展与晋升在入职后 3 个月内完成晋升标准考核,即可转任门店负责人门店顺利完成标准化可留店转为店长参与其他门店负责人工作,或新店开业及核心项目推进晋升到总部运营、营运、培训或稽核等管理岗位薪资福利固定月薪 $6000(非时薪)班次奖金 + 负责人奖金 + 小费分成门店利润分成(具体面议)岗位要求具备较强的执行力、团队管理能力与沟通协调能力能适应快节奏工作环境,并灵活安排工作时间(包含夜班、周末及节假日)有餐饮、咖啡、奶茶或零售管理经验者优先积极主动,愿意与公司共同成长如果你想用能力带领团队、推动门店业绩提升,并享受管理带来的成就感,欢迎加入 3CAT,与我们一起打造行业标杆!
