General Labor Sealy, TXEstablished company looking for a dependable General Labor worker to join a busy manufacturing team in Sealy, TX. This position works in the packaging department, helping prepare finished products for handling and shipment while keeping production moving safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and comfortable performing physical work in a manufacturing environment.
General Labor Job Duties: Assist with packaging and handling finished products Inspect products for visible defects or damage Stack, organize, and prepare finished materials for shipment Move products and materials throughout the packaging area Perform repetitive production and material handling tasks Keep packaging and production areas clean and organized Assist with general cleanup, sweeping, and other labor duties as needed Follow all plant safety procedures and wear required PPEWork closely with team members to meet daily production goals
General Labor Requirements: Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or general labor experience preferred Must be comfortable working outside in the elements Ability to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift during extended shifts Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work safely around industrial equipment No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Pay: $18.00 hour Schedule: Monday Friday 7 am 3:30 pm Location: Sealy, TX
