As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you’ll have the opportunity toempower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys— providing meaningful, one-on-one support through 60-minute video sessionstailored to each client’s unique goals and needs. What You’ll Do:
Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health supportfor Intellect’s clients. Work with a wide range of clinical cases such asdepression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction. Collaborate closelywith Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.
Qualifications:
PhD or PsyDExperience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)Expertise: Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors Somatic Experiencing (SE)License: Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to Colorado Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
Languages:
Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
