About the role
Leading the organization's international regions, the full-time, fully remote Director of International Programs will manage six Regional Directors across various global areas, ensuring alignment to global standards, diagnosing regional issues proactively, and fostering development among team members.
Key responsibilities:
Diagnose regional issues by maintaining direct communication with teams, providing monthly updates to senior leadership
Align program standards across regions by collaborating with the Director of Programs Growth to implement uniform practices
Steward relationships and prepare directors for key conversations regarding partnerships and funding opportunities
Required qualifications:
At least five years of experience managing people, including managing managers across multiple countries and time zones
Proven track record of leading organizational change that has been adopted and sustained by teams
Experience with structured change management methods and stakeholder management
Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus
Strong familiarity with evidence-based practices, CRMs, dashboards, and measurement systems; Salesforce experience is advantageous
