What You'll Do:

Respond quickly to internet leads, phone-ups, and online inquiries
Build rapport, answer product questions, and get customers excited about the right HondaSet and confirm appointments, welcome customers, present and demonstrate vehicles
Follow up consistently so no customer falls through the cracks
Learn the Honda lineup inside and out so you're the product expert customers trust

What We're Looking For:

Experience is not required. We'll train the right person — if you have the aptitude, work ethic, and people skills, we'll teach you the rest
Comfortable and confident communicating by phone, text, email, and in person
Organized, responsive, and genuinely enjoys helping people
Coachable and motivated to grow — especially if a traditional commission plan didn't give you the runway to develop
Valid GA driver's license and clean driving recordCRM or online-sales experience a plus (but not necessary)
