About the role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Entry-Level Account Executive to join our growing team. This position is designed for individuals looking to build experience in sales, account management, customer acquisition, and business development. As an Account Executive, you will work directly with customers while representing our clients' products and services. You will receive hands-on training in our sales process, customer communication, account management, and day-to-day business operations. No specific prior sales experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities:
Represent client products and services professionally in customer-facing interactions Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs Present relevant products, services, and solutions clearly and accurately Assist with customer acquisition and account support Build and maintain positive customer relationships Follow up with customers when appropriate Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team objectives Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training Maintain knowledge of current client offerings, promotions, and procedures Follow company policies and applicable client and industry guidelines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Professional and dependable Comfortable communicating with customers in person Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Willingness to learn and accept coaching and feedback Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not required
