About the role
As a part-time Managing Partner, the candidate will build the practice, manage client relationships, and oversee business operations remotely, focusing on revenue generation, client outcomes, and transforming engagements into platform capabilities.
Key responsibilities
Lead client relationships as a trusted advisor to CHROs and transformation leaders
Execute go-to-market strategies and partner with account leadership for expansion
Build and lead a team of consultants and engineers, enforcing a platform business model
Required qualifications
15+ years of experience in consulting or human capital practices from top-tier firms
Deep expertise in workforce strategy, talent, and organizational transformation
Proven track record of building client portfolios and practice development
Commercial fluency in consumption pricing and platform economics
Experience leading elite teams of transformation consultants and engineers
