Executive Director, Head of HR & Business Operations Perm Division Our client is a financial services firm in Greenwich, CT. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities: Assist with proofreading presentations and documents

Apply edits to corporate documents as requested by attorneys Set up conference calls and coordinate conference room reservations. Manage bill and invoice processing, including coordinating approvals for the legal team and working directly with external billing teams. Track and update attorney bar requirements and status to ensure compliance and accurate records. Prepare and distribute documentation in advance of meetings involving the Legal department as appropriate

Requirements: 3+ years of legal and/or compliance admin experience at a law firm or financial services firm. Bachelor's degree is required. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. The annual base salary range is $70k to $90k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
