About the role
Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer in Technology, you will design and build scalable Wealth Management applications and integrations. You’ll work across front-end and back-end layers, leveraging AI-assisted tools to boost productivity while upholding security and quality. You’ll collaborate with product, architecture, UX, data, QA, Dev Ops, security, and business stakeholders to deliver cross-functional, client-focused solutions. This role blends full‑stack engineering with financial services domain knowledge to enable advisor, client, and portfolio experiences. You’ll contribute to cloud-native AWS delivery and enterprise integration while shaping architecture and standards.

Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and support full stack Wealth Management applications and integrations Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using ReactJS, Type Script/Java Script, HTML5, CSS3 Develop secure and scalable backend services with C#,.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core; exposure to Java or Python a plus Design and implement secure RESTful APIs with focus on authentication, authorization, performance, observability, resilience Integrate applications with Wealth Management platforms, CRM, custodial/brokerage sources, planning tools, and enterprise data services Work with integration technologies and patterns including Mule Soft, API gateways, event-driven messaging, batch/real-time data movement, file-based integrations, and third-party APIsContribute to cloud-native development on AWS (EKS/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Aurora PostgreSQL, Redshift, Glue, DMS, Kafka/MSK)Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, refactoring, debugging, and documentation Create technical specifications, architecture notes, and AI-ready prompts using Markdown Partner with product owners, architects, UX designers, data teams, QA, Dev Ops, security, compliance, and Wealth Management stakeholders
Key requirements Enterprise-grade full stack development experience Hands-on with ReactJS, Type Script/Java Script, HTML5, CSS3 Strong backend with C#,.NET Core, ASP.NET Core Experience designing secure APIs (REST, JSON, versioning, error handling, logging, performance)Knowledge of authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth 2, OIDC, JWT, SSO, RBAC)Understanding of enterprise integration architecture (API-led connectivity, vendor APIs, data transformation, event-driven integration)Experience with Mule Soft or similar enterprise integration platforms (strongly preferred)Experience with AWS cloud-native services, PostgreSQL, and Databricks Familiarity with Dev Ops (Git Hub, CI/CD, automated testing, code quality scanning, containerization)Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools and ability to write prompts/Markdown specs Understanding of generative AI concepts (prompt engineering, LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation)Experience in Financial Services ( Wealth/Asset Management, Brokerage, Banking, etc.) is strongly preferred Experience with partners such as Fidelity, DTCC, Envestnet, Morningstar, eMoney, Docu Sign is a plus Strong communication, ownership, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Strong communication Ownership Analytical thinking ReactJSType Script/Java ScriptHTML5
