About the role
Proactively engaging with business clients in the 2-50+ employee space, the full-time seasonal Employer Renewal Specialist will manage the group health insurance renewal process, upsell additional coverage options, and maintain strong client relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Manage the group health insurance renewal process, including client communication and proposal preparation
Build and maintain relationships with business clients, serving as their primary contact for renewal inquiries and support
Identify upselling opportunities for additional ancillary coverage based on clients' needs and conduct thorough needs analyses
Required qualifications
Active Health & Life Insurance license
At least 1 year of experience in group health insurance, including policy servicing and regulatory requirements
A minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven sales track record
Experience in managing group health insurance renewals and preparing proposals
Proven ability to build long-term relationships with business clients
