About the role

Run the electrical scope on a busy pipeline of hyperscale data center projects. I am representing a nationally recognised design-build electrical contractor, self-perform, with a run of new awards across Virginia. They are hiring Senior Project Managers, not backfilling.
What is in it for you: You take full ownership of your own project: budget, schedule, buyout, client relationship. You are not one of four PMs sharing a scope You self-perform the work, so your schedule is in your hands rather than a subcontractor'sLong runway of projects in one region, so you plan your life around the job instead of the other way round Free family health insurance, increased PTO and an improved 401(k)A defined promotion ladder into executive leadership, with people around you who have actually moved up it
What you will bring: Electrical construction experience with self-perform scope you have managed directly Data center, mission critical or heavy industrial exposure Based in or willing to move to the Richmond area Confidential conversation first, no CV needed to start. Message me and I will tell you who they are and what the numbers look like.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
