About the role
Nourish, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a (Senior) Director of People Business Partnership to build the function from scratch, reporting to the VP of Operations & People. You will define responsibilities, design the org, hire and lead the team, set strategy, and evolve the function as we scale. This is a high-impact, full-time role based in NYC with in-person work around Gramercy. You will partner with executives to maximize talent density and shape Nourish's culture as we grow.
