Your Role:

Lead a warm, engaging, and well-managed classroom.
Implement hands-on, play-based learning experiences.
Support children's social and emotional growth.
Partner professionally with families.
Apply Montessori & Reggio practices with autonomy.
Be a collaborative team member and mentor.
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours).1+ year early childhood experience preferred.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A desire for stability, respect, and balance.

Job Details

Pay: $19–$21/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday
