- Prepare patients for exams, treatments, and procedures
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
- Administer injections, immunizations, and TB skin tests per protocol
- Perform venipuncture and basic lab testing
- Transcribe provider orders and coordinate follow-up appointments
- Maintain exam room readiness and supply inventory
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in EHR systems
- Support front and back office operations including scheduling, scanning, and filing
- Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation, tracking, and communication
- Supporting Documentation and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GEDCertificate of completion from an accredited Medical Assistant program (per A.R.S. 32-1456 or applicable exceptions)
- Current completed fit testing for N95 respirators
- Current First Aid Certification
- Minimum one year of recent experience as a Medical Assistant or CHTStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
