About the role

What this is We are a profitable US software company. Our platform is used every day by collection agencies and creditors to manage accounts, contact consumers, and take payments. The product is built, customers are signing, and we need more conversations with the right people. Your job is to start those conversations. You will call owners, operators, and executives at collection agencies and creditor collection departments, find the ones with a real problem, and book demonstrations. You will work directly with the founder.
What you'll do: Outbound calling every day. High volume, to real decision-makers, with a real product behind you. Build your own target lists. We will show you what a good-fit company looks like; you find them. Qualify against written criteria — not every company is a fit, and booking a bad meeting costs more than booking none. Book demonstrations and hand them over cleanly, with notes a colleague can act on. Follow up inside 24 hours, every time. Keep your activity and your pipeline current the same day. Compensation$50,000 base, plus variable for meetings booked and pipeline that converts.~$75,000 on-target earnings. Uncapped. A clear path to an Account Executive seat for someone who earns it. Our best seller started as an opener. What we need from you At least a year of outbound phone prospecting, with numbers you can quote — dials per day, meetings booked in your best month. Persistence over polish. This role is mostly hearing no and calling the next one. Clear, direct communication, written and spoken. You will be the first impression of the company. A quiet workspace and reliable internet. Located in the United States and authorized to work here without sponsorship. Not required Industry experience, a degree, or a background in software. We will teach you the market. What this job is not Not email-only. Not a seat where leads arrive in your inbox. Not a 9-to-5 with a dashboard for a manager. Small team, high expectations, and nowhere to hide — which is also why the good ones like it here. How we hireA 20-minute conversation with the founder. A live cold call during the interview. We give you a name and a number and you dial while we listen. Bring 20 companies you would call in week one, built from public sources. References we call ourselves, then an offer. If you would rather be judged on what you produced than on how you looked doing it, apply.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
