You’ll own and elevate the entire accounting function while acting as a financial leader to the executive team—bringing clarity, control, and insight as the business grows. Lead day-to-day accounting operations (GL, close, reporting, controls)Drive process improvement & scalability Partner with leadership on forecasting, cash flow, and strategic decisions Play a key role in M&A activity—due diligence, integration, and financial alignment Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team🏗 Why This Role Stands Out Growth trajectory: Company is actively pursuing acquisitions and expansion Visibility: Direct exposure to executive leadership and ownership Impact: Help shape financial infrastructure during a critical scale phase
