The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role involves providing strategic and hands-on leadership in manufacturing operations, quality and safety, supply chain and inventory management, and continuous improvement. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in multi-site manufacturing operations, with a proven track record in driving operational transformation and measurable performance gains. The role requires a leader with strong financial acumen, experience in managing P&L impact, and a deep understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
