Understanding and representing user needs.

Candidate should have Healthcare experience.
Should have Certification in Product Management.
Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
Creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision-making.
Have a solid understanding of the roadmap and overall product strategy
Be able to prioritize which new features in the backlog will be added to the product
Understand the customer needs and be able to interpret customer feedback.
