About the role

Business Analyst This role must be filled at the client site 5 days per week in either Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ, or Birmingham AL. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and delivery of enterprise technology initiatives. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, operations, architecture, security, and engineering teams to understand business needs, define requirements, map processes, and translate complex objectives into clear and actionable requirements for delivery teams. The ideal candidate is a strong Business Analyst with excellent requirements management, process analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and Agile delivery skills. Experience with customer authentication, identity, fraud prevention, contact center, or IVR technologies is beneficial but not required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 1 + years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives. Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements. Demonstrated experience developing user stories, use cases, process flows, business requirements documents, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability. Strong process analysis and process mapping skills, including current state and future state analysis. Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technology requirements. Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery teams, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and acceptance activities. Ability to facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions involving multiple business and technology teams. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and technology dependencies. Excellent stakeholder management, written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a complex enterprise environment with multiple teams, priorities, and dependencies.
