Principal Accountabilities:
Provide on the job training for new hires Communicate and demonstrate training information and materials and provide recommendations for updates or improvements Learn all areas of production and provide training for employees Participate in the implementation of environmental health and safety programs such as ramp in and monthly safety training Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to work in a cold to warm environment Ability to handle meat products Basic computer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
