Responsibilities: Work high-intent leads provided by Cap Mark Realty. Leverage proven systems and hands-on mentorship to accelerate production. Participate in live training, role-play, and coaching sessions. Use Sierra Interactive CRM and integrated dialers to manage and grow your pipeline. Follow clear systems, including Slack communication, structured daily schedules, and defined KPIs.
Qualifications: NY real estate license, active or in progress.
Required Skills: Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, account executive, retail, B2B/B2C).Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with a flexible schedule. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with CRMs and digital tools.
Preferred Skills: Prior experience in real estate or high-ticket sales. Pay range and compensation package Performance-based, with income driven by closed transactions.
