About the role
As a full-time Lead Payer Partnerships & Strategy, the successful candidate will manage long-term health plan partnerships, navigate contract strategies, and build relationships with health plan teams, all while working remotely in a mission-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage health plan partnerships with major US health plans to ensure ongoing success
Develop contract strategies and renegotiations to optimize partnership structures
Conduct market analysis and healthcare research to shape strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in Customer Success or Business Development
Deep understanding of payer business models and economics
Proven ability to build relationships across various organizational levels
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact customers
