As a locally owned independent company, CNW has the flexibility to customize acquisition and service programs, tailored to boost efficiency and meet the diverse needs of customers.Position SummaryOrder Processing handles administration and operations for copier and printer sales companywide. The Interterritorial (ITT) Coordinator is a unique position within the company that specializes in A) Support of Copiers Northwest clients with locations outside of Pacific NW service area ("Ship Outs") and B) Support third-party partner dealers' clients with locations within Copiers Northwest service area ("Ship Ins"). This role serves as a key liaison between dealers, sales, order processing, and internal departments to support timely communication, resolve issues, and maintain smooth execution of ITT Ship In and ITT Ship Out orders.Key ResponsibilitiesPaperwork ReviewReview, validate, and approve ITT Ship In service agreements submitted by dealers.Verify serviceability, equipment configuration, pricing accuracy, and compliance with internal standards and contract requirements.Order Support and Data ManagementMaintain accurate records in internal systems, including dealer contact information, contract types, and pricingIdentify servicing dealers for ITT Ship Out orders, negotiate pricing and create service agreementsEnsure service agreements comply with internal standards, and contract costs do not exceed contract revenueManage High Volume of Email CommunicationCommunicate dealer-provided information to internal departmentsMonitor order progress, respond to inquiries and provide updates for in-process ordersIdentify missing, unclear, or incorrect information and work directly with dealers, sales, and order processing teams to resolve issuesOther related projects and duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
