Role Description: This full-time, on-site Invoice Clerk role is based in Hialeah, FL. The Invoice Clerk is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place. Day-to-day tasks include verifying billing information, resolving invoice discrepancies, entering data into accounting or ERP systems, and maintaining organized records. The role involves communicating with internal teams and customers to clarify charges, payment terms, and account statuses, as well as providing courteous support to address invoice-related inquiries. The Invoice Clerk will also assist with basic accounting tasks, support month-end billing activities, and follow established procedures to help maintain compliance and financial integrity.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong invoicing and invoice processing skills, including accurate data entry and attention to billing details. Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries, clarify information, and maintain positive relationships. Candidates should possess foundational accounting skills, such as understanding debits, credits, and basic financial documentation. Candidates should possess proficiency with office software (e.g., Excel, accounting or billing systems) and the ability to learn new tools quickly. Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a high level of attention to detail are essential. Ability to work on-site in Hialeah, FL, collaborate with team members, and follow standardized procedures and compliance guidelines. Prior experience in billing, accounting support, or administrative roles is preferred but not strictly required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework in accounting, finance, or business is a plus.
