About the role
To support a diverse range of Fortune 500 clients, the full-time hybrid Research Manager will manage projects from questionnaire design to final report writing, collaborating with teams and mentoring Research Associates while ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.
Key responsibilities
Manage projects holistically, overseeing all stages from design to reporting
Collaborate with a team of researchers, mentoring and training Research Associates
Utilize strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to handle large data sets and meet project deadlines
Required qualifications
2+ years of market research experience with familiarity in both quantitative and qualitative methods
B.A. or M.A. in a related field such as psychology, anthropology, or sociology
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; bonus points for skills in SPSS, R, InDesign, or Keynote
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
