The Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Social Content Manager to create, publish, and optimize social content across client and campaign channels. Collaborating with the Creative Director, leadership, and creative team, this person will bring fresh ideas to campaign priorities, develop platform-specific content, coordinate assets, manage scheduling and publishing, engage audiences, and report on performance. The role calls for strong execution, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and manage channel content tied to campaign goals, audiences, and key moments.· Plan, write, edit, schedule, and publish platform-specific posts across channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and X.· Brief and collaborate with designers, video editors, and leadership to produce social-first graphics, short-form video, and timely content.· Own the publishing workflow, including content readiness, stakeholder review, approvals, accuracy checks, and organized insight inputs.· Monitor comments, messages, trends, and emerging conversations; engage appropriately and escalate sensitive issues promptly.· Track reach, engagement, growth, and content performance; prepare clear weekly reports with insights and recommended adjustments.· Test content formats, messaging, and posting approaches; use performance data and audience feedback to improve future content and clearly share key findings with internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience creating, publishing, and reporting on social content for a brand, agency, campaign, or organization. · A portfolio of social posts demonstrating strong writing, creative judgment, and the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences. · Experience managing social accounts and engaging with online communities across platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook, and X. · Proficiency with Sprout Social or a comparable platform, native analytics, and scheduling tools, with the ability to turn results into content recommendations. · Basic social video editing skills, including trimming, captioning, and resizing clips with tools such as Cap Cut, Adobe Express, Descript, or Opus Clip. · Experience collaborating with designers, editors, and leadership to develop and execute content. · Sound judgment on fast-moving topics, including fact-checking, following approval processes, and meeting tight deadlines. · A self-starter who welcomes feedback, works well with a team, and communicates professionally with colleagues, clients, and online audiences.
