The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy of customer communications across various owned channels, with a focus on creating a cohesive and personalized experience. This includes setting the vision for each channel, building the necessary infrastructure for data-driven and automated engagement, and driving measurable growth in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. The role also involves a key leadership position in the go-to-market strategy for new financial products, leveraging the company's trusted brand and audience. Applicants for the VP, Customer Growth role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of leadership experience in growth, marketing, customer engagement, data, or related fields, with a strong background in consumer fintech, financial services, or a closely related digital business.
