About the role

To support the organization in adapting to business disruptions, the full-time Business Resilience Engineer will design and implement resilience strategies, manage incident response activities, and collaborate with business units to enhance operational resilience, primarily in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Leads Business Impact Analysis (BIA) sessions and enhances BIA methodology to prepare for business disruptions Partners with business process and technology owners to develop and test advanced cyber recovery strategies Plans and coordinates resilience exercises with business leaders to ensure operational and cyber resilience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with ten years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with fourteen years of experience Experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Cyber Security, or IT Risk Management Strong understanding of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience frameworks Proven experience leading Business Impact Analyses and Business Continuity Plans Relevant certifications such as CBCP, CISSP, CISA, or CISM are strongly preferred
