Today, TACT serves more than 1,500 students and families through industry-driven programs designed to build confidence, independence, and lasting careers.As our Office Administrator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of TACT, creating positive first impressions for every client, family, community partner, and employer who connects with our organization. More than managing phones and administrative tasks, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, supportive, and professional experience for everyone we serve. Your organization, responsiveness, and commitment to exceptional customer service will help keep our operations running smoothly while directly contributing to our mission of empowering individuals with autism to build meaningful careers and greater independence.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from clients, families, staff, and partnersProcess emailed orders and respond to inquiries with accuracy and professionalismProvide attendance confirmations and availability updates to staff and instructorsManage and route daily phone calls efficiently and appropriatelyMonitor tracking and delivery status of training supplies and materialsHandle shipping and mailing of packages and correspondenceAssist with billing, invoicing, and administrative documentationSupport business development and marketing initiatives through ad hoc administrative tasksHelp plan and support events involving clients, families, and partnersMaintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure or time-sensitive situationsActively contribute to a positive, collaborative organizational culturePerformance Indicators & Measures of SuccessConsistently positive client and family service feedbackAccurate, timely, and reliable follow-up on all communications and tasksWillingness to contribute ideas, take initiative, and support special projectsStrong working relationships with manufacturer and vendor partnersDemonstrated reliability, organization, and attention to detailExpectations & Core CompetenciesEmployees in this role are expected to be self-directed, accountable, and committed to daily excellence in support of all stakeholders.
