About the role

We are seeking a Director of Email Marketing to lead email and CRM strategy for a food & beverage organization. This role will own customer engagement across email and SMS, with a focus on driving retention, engagement, and revenue.
Responsibilities: • Lead email and CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle. • Drive segmentation, personalization, automation, testing, and optimization. • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing. • Experience within CPG, food & beverage, or potentially retail, e-commerce • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Hub Spot, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, automation, and campaign analytics.
