Job Description
Front Desk Guest Service Associate: We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Guest Service Associate to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Gunnison, CO. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any issues that may arise during their stay
  • Handle phone calls and reservations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
  • Process payments and handle guest check-outs
  • Respond to guest feedback and reviews in a timely and courteous manner
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
