About the role
To support the development of world-class coaches, the full-time ICF Certified Coach Development Manager will lead training programs, assess coaching quality, and build scalable systems for ongoing coach development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate and evolve Mento's coach training programs while conducting quality reviews and providing developmental feedback
Interview and assess prospective coaches, translating performance patterns into actionable feedback for improvement
Build and codify a coach-development journey that integrates ongoing practice, feedback, and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
Active ICF PCC credential
10+ years of professional experience, including significant coaching experience
Experience in training, developing, or mentoring other coaches
Strong facilitation skills with both small and larger groups
Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment
