Job Description: CDL-A Independent Contractor – OTR Reefer, Percentage Pay \n \n IWX Motor Freight is urgently hiring CDL-A independent contractors for OTR reefer freight running primarily through the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast, with opportunities to run West. \n You'll earn percentage pay instead of mileage pay, keep 100% of the fuel surcharge, and choose your own loads.
