  • You're the first "Welcome to Virginia!" and the last "Safe travels!" Every ride is a 10-minute chance to make someone's day, and yes, people tip for that.
  • We're hiring drivers to shuttle guests for all 9 Shamin hotels near Richmond International Airport. One team, nine hotels, tons of travelers, and plenty of chances to earn tips.

  • Run routes between our hotels, the airport, and nearby destinations
  • Lend a hand with luggage (you'll be shocked what people pack)
  • Be the local expert: "Where's good BBQ around here?"Do quick pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
  • Keep your ride clean and guest-ready
  • Log miles and passenger counts
  • Stay in the loop with the team on flight delays and schedule changes
Qualifications:
  • YOU'LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU...Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no CDL needed)
  • Can lift luggage up to 50 lbs and don't mind a little Virginia weather
  • Are comfortable driving 4–8 hours in a shift
  • Can work some early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays (flights never sleep)
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
