Regional Sales Manager — Automotive Leasing

Responsibilities:
Develop new business through regular, in-person visits to automotive dealerships across the South Florida territory to present and promote CAL's leasing program.
Conduct outreach via in-person visits, phone calls, and email to introduce CAL Automotive and identify prospective new dealers within the target market.
Build and manage a pipeline of dealer prospects, tracking progress from first contact to signed partnership.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of economic conditions and industry trends that may affect the leasing program.
Monitor and assess competitors' presence and positioning in the marketplace.
Identify and communicate dealer needs to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Act as the primary liaison between dealership personnel and CAL Automotive's internal teams.
Identify, propose, and implement new growth opportunities and programs within the territory.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of business development or B2B sales experience required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in the automotive industry a plus, but not required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of Excel and Word
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Strong sales and relationship management skills
Comfortable with daily local travel throughout South Florida, plus occasional travel
Current driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Compensation & Benefits:
Expected Total Compensation Range $125,000 - $150,000 : Comprised of Base salary, plus uncapped commission and opportunity for annual bonus
