Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate creative concepts and project updates. Creative Understanding: A solid grasp of the creative process, including design, video production, and content development. Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing deadlines and needs.
Preferred Skills: Experience managing digital marketing, creative development, or video production projects. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma to facilitate feedback loops. Knowledge of Agile methodologies or creative sprint processes. Experience with creative asset management and media trafficking processes.
What You Bring: Proactive Mindset: You don't just track, you drive—following up, closing loops, and asking questions to move projects forward. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Emotional Intelligence: Empathetic, supportive approach to managing creative personalities, keeping morale high under tight deadlines.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
