About the role

Duties: Input schedules and timecards for Defense Health Agency employees. Utilize database software systems to assist employees in the resolution of payroll related problems. Coordinate with employees to obtain pertinent documentation required to resolve payroll issues. Act as the time and attendance point of contact for the Defense Health Agency civilian employees regarding questions and problems related to civilian payroll. Update the master employee record (MER) to maintain accuracy. Analyze historical payroll and time keeping data to detect errors for resolution. Provide technical authority on payroll issues or questions relating to timecard coding and pay issues. Use a variety of office automation systems to produce documents and reports.
