Job Description: We are seeking aPlant Coordinatorto join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Miramar, FL. This position is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of plant activities by coordinating daily production, inventory, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $20 - $22 per hour
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily plant operationsto ensure efficiency and compliance with production schedules Monitor inventory levelsand collaborate with purchasing teams to maintain adequate supply of raw materials and packaging components Assist in maintaining compliancewith FDA, GMP, and other regulatory guidelines Support production teamsby tracking workflow, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring operational goals are met Maintain and update plant documentationrelated to production schedules, quality control, and safety procedures Communicate effectivelywith departments including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to optimize plant performance Ensure all safety protocolsare followed and assist in plant audits and inspections Handle administrative taskssuch as generating reports, tracking plant performance metrics, and assisting in plant improvement projects
Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environmentpreferred Strong organizational and coordination skills Bilingual (English & Spanish)preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)and ERP systems Ability toprioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently Knowledge of GMP regulations and safety proceduresis a plus
