About the role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education desired.
- Two years or more verifiable over-the-road experience operating combination commercial vehicles.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Motor Carrier Safety regulations/DOT guidelines.
- Knowledge of local major and minor roadways and the ability to effectively use maps and directions for efficient delivery routing.
- Prior experience in safe operation of heavy equipment used in the utility industry and working understanding of load securement and transport.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Oracle or other Enterprise System).
- This position will report regularly in person to Duluth, MN.Must possess and maintain a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and DOT Medical card at all times, PLUS possess or obtain and maintain a Hazardous Material Endorsement within 60 days of hire date.

- Forklift (indoor/outdoor)
- Fall protection (mezzanines)
- The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $38.36 – $42.62. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience.
