Job Description: Job Description Pool Technician - Seasonal
Position Overview: As a Pool Technician with Millennial Pools, you'll play an essential role in keeping commercial pool facilities clean, safe, and properly maintained throughout the summer season. Pool Technicians are responsible for servicing approximately 10-15 pool facilities while providing reliable, high-quality service to our clients. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Service and oversee the maintenance of 10-15 commercial pool facilities
  • Vacuum and clean pool areas
  • Test and balance pool chemicals
  • Monitor and maintain pumps, filtration systems, and other pool equipment
  • Identify and report maintenance or equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Follow company safety and pool-maintenance procedures
  • Provide professional and courteous service at each facility

  • Open Pool Season
  • Memorial Day - Labor Day5 days per week
  • Full-time seasonal position
  • Schedule is mandatory during the open pool season$2,000-$5,000 per month

Summer Compensation: $2,000-$5,000 per month + commission Closing Season Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Day Shift preferred
Work Location: On the road / Multiple commercial pool facilities
Experience: No prior pool experience required - training provided
